Set off on a boat ride from Puerto Madryn and head into the Golfo Nuevo in search of dolphins. During the journey, we will navigate along the gulf's coastline, passing beaches like Punta Este and Playa Paraná, and visiting the Folias shipwreck.
We will also explore Punta Cuevas, home to the fascinating history of the Welsh settlement of 1865. Once the dolphins are located, we will carefully approach so you can enjoy their jumps and acrobatics up close, as they interact freely with the boat. Afterward, we will head to Punta Loma's sea lion colony, where you can observe sea lions and birds like cormorants.
The tour lasts a total of 2 to 2 ½ hours, ending with an unforgettable panoramic view of the city.
The meeting point is between the Luis Piedra Buena Dock and Prefecture in Puerto Madryn. Our tour begins by entering the Golfo Nuevo, moving a few kilometers away from the city to begin the exciting nautical tour with a search for dolphins.
During the ride we will border the picturesque coasts of the Golfo Nuevo, visiting beaches such as Punta Este and Playa Paraná, where the Folias Shipwreck is located. Additionally, we will explore Punta Cuevas, which is home to the fascinating history of the Welsh settlement of the town and area in 1865.
Once the dolphins are located, we carefully approach at low speed, allowing these fascinating animals to establish contact with the boat. You will be able to witness their jumps and acrobatics up close, while they interact with total freedom.
After enjoying approximately an hour or an hour and a half of this enriching experience with the dolphins and the surrounding nature, we headed towards the Punta Loma Loberia. There you will have the opportunity to observe sea lions in their natural habitat, as well as some species of birds, such as cormorants.
During the return to the starting point, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the entire city from the front, obtaining a unique and memorable perspective. The total duration of this exciting ride is approximately 2 to 2 ½ hours.
